I was working on a simple project in unreal, I had deployed the game multiple times to my android phone without any problems, until it crashed when i start the app, saying “My project name has stopped working”. When I make a new project in unreal and deploy it to the same phone it works. How can i check what is the error that is causing the app to crash? The game works fine in the preview mode.

In order to better assist you, I’m going to need for you to provide me the logs from your mobile device.
- Attach your phone to the computer
- Go here: C:\android-sdk-windows\tools
- Open up Monitor.bat
- Launch the program and save the logs
If you cannot get Monitor.bat to open, please go to:
- C:\android-sdk-windows\tools\lib\monitor-x86
- Open up Monitor.exe
- Follow the instructions above
Make sure that you highlight all of the logs, because they do not save unless they’re highlighted.
Thank you!
Okey so I saved the logs:
I think the problem is in
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: dlopen failed: cannot locate symbol "__aeabi_memmove" referenced by "/data/app/com.platformer-1/lib/arm/libUE4.so"
But Im not sure what it means.
While that may be the issue, that’s only part of your logs. We would like to see from start to finish with the Monitor.bat logs. Seeing the whole picture helps us determine whether or not that’s the actual issue.
Thanks.
