Android Packing Error

Hello Unreal community, I’ve had this problem with my first game, I’ve just finished the feature set and I was ready for a play test on Android which is my targeted platform but while building I will receive an, “UnrealTools has failed to respond”.

I’ve been met with a response of how hard fixing this issue will be so I’m hoping someone here will have the knowledge to help me identify how to fix it.

Things I’ve tried:

  • Packing a blank project for Android.
  • Packing a blank project for Android with the SQLite3 plugin that gives warnings.

I had a similar problem and I removed the plug-in substance and it was able to package my game. Let me know if that fixed your issue.

Substance has been causing that issue for me since 4.10. Glad to be of help
