Android packaging problem: The SDK for Android is not installed properly.

Hi all, I have a problem with exporting project to android: “: The SDK for Android is not installed properly, which is needed to generate data.”

after clicking “Continue”, i get another message: " Unable to find Android Studio Installer."

I installed Android Studio 4.0 as the documentation says, also the various paths to the sdk, ndk and jre are correct (I think)

These are the installed SDKs (Android Studio 4.0):

These are the NDKs:

The Command Line Tools are also installed:

I have always exported successfully with UnrealEngine 4, until 4.27 I had no problems.
This issue only occurs with UE5.
Has anyone had the same problem as me or know how to fix it?

Did you manage to figure this out? Would love to know.

Yeah, same here, empty project in android studio works perfectly,… unreal has some problem

I now have this problem as well. I have never had an issue. Unreal cant find SDK and everything has been installed correctly multiple times.

Apparently, we have to make some extra steps now to configure Android SDK. In my case, I was missing the step 3 on the docs.

But basically, we have to edit the SetupAndroid script to point out your Android SDK path.
