Android Packaging build issue

Hello! Need some help with packaging for Android.
Just followed all the instructions in the UE documentation and in this video as well:

Currently trying to build the default Unreal Engine TopDownTemplate for test purposes.
Seems like i managed to pass the SDK test finally (first problem was " *The SDK for Windows is not installed properly"), but now it gives me the Build Error in the end, which says:
LogPlayLevel: Error: UAT: ERROR: Installation of apk ‘C:\Users\gregt\OneDrive\Документы\Unreal Projects\mobiletest\Binaries\Android\mobiletest-arm64.apk’ failed



Any ideas what could it be?

Solved.
Used this video to reinstall and setup SDK, NDK, java and other android packaging settings.
In addition i relocated my files into another folder, so there are no other languages in routes except english.
