Google has changed the implementation of Local Notifications when targeting SDK versions equal to or greater than 26:

This is a big problem since Google requires all new apps from August 2018 to target at least SDK 26:

and all existing app updates from November 2018
Can we please get this fixed in the Unreal Engine? I’ve reported to Epic via the Bug here: Unreal Engine Issues and Bug Tracker (UE-62741)
