For some phone, my game works. But on others it’s always the same error.
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Failed to allocate a 132710412 byte allocation with 33554432 free bytes and 102MB until OOM
Or any other byte allocation thing. Why does this happen? I have no Idea what I can do to fix this error. Thank You.
M4dM3ll0n,
Could you please provide me the logs from Monitor.bat? You can find this program in the following location: C:\android-sdk-windows\tools Once Monitor.bat is open, go ahead and hook the device up to your computer and run the project. Once the project runs into the crash, go ahead and collect those logs from Monitor.bat.
By the way, if you don’t highlight the whole selection, the logs aren’t saved. Please also include the list of devices you’ve tried this on, all of their logs if you’re able to obtain them and include the version of Android you’re on.
Thanks!
Hey M4dM3ll0n,
We have not heard back from you in a few days, so we are marking this post as Resolved for tracking purposes. If you are still experiencing the issue you reported, please respond to this message with additional information and we will offer further assistance.
Thank you!
The problem is that it works fine on my phone. The only way i can check this is if I can get my friends phone. Only my only friends that have these issues most likely will have a hard time getting their phone to me. So if this is the only way to fix ill try. But anyother ideas? Thanks
We’re going to need to see the logs from the device your project is having trouble with, that’s the best way we can locate bugs that may be occurring. Let me know when you’re able to get those logs from your friend.
Thanks!
