Android Device Not Being Recognized

I’m looking to build an AR demonstration for a client, and am currently doing tests to ensure my project settings are all correct. The issue that I’m experiencing is that Unreal will not recognize my device in the launch menu, nor does it show up when in the device manager. I’m currently using a Pixel 2 XL on an HP OMEN PC, all the drivers have been installed and the android SDK on the computer is up to date. Looking for advice on next steps.
