Android Dev build stopped working

I moved my build from development to shipping awhile ago and tried to move back to development, it crashes right after the ue start up logo. Shipping build however still works perfectly fine

Using launch i was able to get the assert, But dont quite understand whats going on

Im perticularly confused why its looking in the direction of the D drive. Thats where the source for the textures are, but the project and engine are on the C drive
