Android向けのクイック起動が:app:compileDebugJavaWithJavacに起因して失敗する

Android向けのクイック起動およびパッケージ化ができず困っています。解決策をご教示ください。

状況
公式ドキュメントの以下手順をすべて実施

・Android SDK および NDK を設定する
・開発用 Android デバイスの設定
・Android クイック スタート

Android クイック スタート「5 - Android デバイスを起動する」を実施すると、下記のエラーになりデバイスでの起動ができない
「6 - Android ビルドをパッケージ化する」を実施しても同じエラーとなる。

ソフトバージョン
Unreal Engine 5.2.1(5.1.1で試しても同様の症状)
Android Studio 4.0
Visual Studio2022

デバイス
Xiaomi Pocophone f1
