Android build fail since update to UE 4.8.1 & 4.8.2

Hope someone can tell me what is going wrong. My project would build Android ETC2 just fine in UE4 ver 4.8.0 now since ver. 4.8.1 and 4.8.2 it will not build. Apparently I am not smart enough to understand what it is trying to tell me. Additionally, I have searched my computer for the ‘UnrealBuildTool.txt’ that the error references and cannot find it. Maybe someone out there understands what the error is saying and can help me? My project builds just fine in Windows and in HTML5.
