Android base64

Hi,

if you develop for google play do you need to implement the Base64 code in your binary files?
and for what is the Base64 Code?

i just saw that in the developer console under API by my app

Base64 is used for the InApp purchase public key, but you don’t have to do anything but paste in the key from the developer console.
