Android API 23 not installed with 4.18

Attempting to build a game for Android, here’s what I get in the end:

Installed the 4.18 today, project itself is a port from 4.13 which was a port from 4.11. Any ideas on why this is and how to fix it?

Check if you have Level 23 (Android 6.0) SDK installed, if this not work set “Minimum SDK version” to 23 in project settings (This ofcorse will make your game require Android 6.0). Minimum API level depends on feature used, so you can also inspect Android packaging settings if there something unnecessary, turned on i not follow Android API levels for long time now so not sure what could cause it, maybe Vulcan?
