An Unreal process has crashed: UE-Luena_2

I’m trying to import my avatar created in Reallusion’s Character Creator using the All in One Auto Setup for UE5.5.4, and this process always results in a crashed.

Hello there @Ndungula!

Checking around the community, the error you are getting (Assertion failed: Pair != nullptr) suggests that the auto setup plugin you are using is failing to find a particular target or data. This element either does not exist, or it’s missing from its location, resulting in a crash.

From your error log, the path shows the location for said plugin is “Auto Setup 2.0 For Unreal 5.5 (All-in-One)”. I would suggest double checking that path, and also shorten the name’s length, special character use, and spaces (change it to something simple, like “AllOnePlugin”).

Reading further on this program and plugins, it seems to work specifically for 5.5.4 and nothing else, so please make sure your UE install is using that exact build as well. And if you have recently updated or rolled back to said version, make sure you clear your project’s cache, for any lingering old data. To do so, navigate to your main directory, and delete folders Binaries, DerivedDataCache, and Intermediate.

As for deeper conflicts with the character creator and plugin, you can reach their support site for further information:
