I am looking for a game project which call for a vibe of ethnic sound!
Hello everyone, my name is Acheron Chen. I am a Taiwanese composer for Films, Video Games, Ads, and Stage Performances. I have a lot of experience in composing contemporary music for live orchestra. And I have worked with several student films from some of the best film schools, including films from Stockholms film school, and acquired the techniques of game scoring from Jack Wall (composer of Call of Duty: Black Ops) and Seji Hotta (composer of Honor of Kings). I am currently a master student at the Film Scoring Academy of Europe, which is located in Bulgaria, Sofia, and have the opportunity to record my music with live orchestra for my final project. With this project, I will do an extensive research on Taiwanese indigenous instruments and vocal techniques and explore innovative usages of these sounds by composing 15 minutes of music combining these ethnic instruments and vocals with a 38-piece orchestra.
The recording fee will be fully covered by the acedemy, and the music will be recorded by European Recording Orhcestra in a professional studio - Doli in Bulgaria, Sofia.
