An error occurs in Steam initialization when running the application.
We built it with the AppID we received and uploaded it to Steam,
It has created a build in live conditions.
However, it will still be false in the SteamAPI_Init () call.
Also, our games will not appear in the Steam Library list.

At 3:50, hit the ‘Publish to Steam’ button and hit the ‘Really Publish’ button
Despite the development stage prior to the service,
I wonder if I should do this.
(I thought it would be released when I clicked Publish to Steam.)
