I've uploaded a few models to the TM Cloud successfully over the past year, but lately I'm getting the error listed above. I've submitted the bugs a few times, but I still have no insight into what the issues is. Is there a log or dump file someplace I can look at to help sort out what's causing the issue?
Hello ,
Thank you for contacting us and reporting this problem. In order for us to best troubleshoot the issue you have to submit a bug by following this link here: https://twinmotionhelp.epicgames.com/s/case-community-page which is the button [ contact us ] from the home page of the Twinmotion support community. I have not seen any case come in from you regarding this topic, could you let me know where you sent in the bugs to make sure I can properly follow-up.
The processing error can be caused by many issues that unfortunately is not something you can resolve on your end because it's typically related to how the Cloud hardware and software are communicating with each-other. Which is why we need to investigate those issues to resolve them and having the Twinmotion scene file is important so we can test and find the elements in questions causing problems.
Kind regards,
Vincent B.
Thanks Vincent - is there a file I can submit that has the error in it? I've filled out the bug report before, but what information can I provide you that will actually show what's causing the issue?
Hi ,
Thank you for the follow-up and sending in a bug report.
For these types of issues it requires us to have the Twinmotion file and necessary assets for textures gathered by doing a resource collector. We need to do a deep dive inside the Twinmotion file to figure out what causes the problems in question.
Kind regards,
Vincent B.
I have got the same issue today, has the bug been fixed ? what is the cause of the error ?
