Everytime we try to log in to Twinmotion to download materials etc. the below message always shows. Our IT department have allowed access to the full list of addresses shown in support / help but its still not resolving the login error. Can anyone assist?

Same issue here, did you find a solution for your issue?
Unfortunately not, IT have added all known addresses and still nothing.
If it can help, on my side I've found a roundabout for it by disabeling the firewall temporary.
