Summary

I’ve noticed that most of my models migrated from Sketchfab cannot be downloaded. They are marked as owned. I have no way of knowing if the same would apply to someone who would purchase my asset.

  1. Enter a random listing on my profile.
  2. Try to download it.

Expected Result

Downloading of selected asset.

Observed Result

An error message: “An error occured, the asset could not be retrieved.”

I have the same issue with my models that were migrated from Sketchfab to fab. I’m accessing Fab.com on a Mac using safari.

Same error here, im unable to download all of my models.

Hi everyone. Thanks for reporting this issue. I tried it on one of my products migrated from Sketchfab and, as you say, it’s not working. I’ve shared it with the dev team to take a look.

It seems that i am also having the same issue when trying to download my files. Same error message and everything. Im using Google Chrome and trying to download this asset
