Hello everyone,

I am trying to get Capturing Reality on my windows 10 PC and the following error shows up after I launch and log in with my account:

An error has occurred in the script on this page.
Line - 92
Char - 13
Error - ‘ReadValue’ is undefined
Code - 0
URL - https://www.capturingreality.com/tools/ … rvices.php

Any ideas?

It’s a IE cache issue so a easy fix with clearing the IE cache…

In case you do not have Internet Explorer installed, the fix is to clear Browsing History through Control Panel under the Internet Options.
