I’m working on a large photogrammetry project. Everything shot RAW. The model is quite dark so I brightened all the images for export to aid in alignment and mesh creation. The model is built and exported so the shots are all licenced. If I now recalibrate the RAW images for accurate texturing and overwrite my old images, does that break the licencing? Do I pay for them all again?
I know I could have finished the build and then re-exported the shots for the texturing phase before I licenced everything, but I’d like to know.
Yes this will break the licensing, unless you make a second set of images and add them to the project as a texturing layer, you can read about layers in the in-app help. It’s critical the images used for geometry remain unchanged, as not only will changing them destroy the license it will also mean you will lose your work on the project as a project with unlicensed images cannot be saved. How can I preserve PPI licenses?
edit: by saved I mean recovered to a usable state (it can be saved it would just be useless)
