Am I allowed to teach Unreal Engine as a commercially short term course?

Dear Epic Games , dear Community

I recently just got certified as a Games Programmer at the SAE Institute in Zurich last February.

Now since I’ve completed the study I was thinking about to offer games programming courses as a short term course which would grant certificates to my future students and teach them what I’ve learned during my study time.

Important to know: The courses would be without granting higher degrees such as a diploma, bachelor or masters. The certificates would basically be a confirmation that the students visited my short term course of the duration of 11 weeks.

The main reason why I want to do this is because there is no single offer for such a course or education in the region where I live, far apart from Zurich, allthough still in Switzerland.

So I signed up yesterday for the Academic Partner Program in order to officially get the allowance to teach with the Unreal Engine and to use it on a commercial basis.

But after reading the EULA I noticed this at 8.d (Use by Educational Institutions):

As an exception to the above requirement that only a User may use the Licensed Technology, if you are an educational institution, like a school or a library, you may store Licensed Technology on any of your computers, and you may allow all users of those computers to use the Licensed Technology under the License on those computers. However, those users are not authorized under your License to Distribute the Licensed Technology (including as incorporated in a Product). For that, they must obtain a License of their own.

So I was asking myself: Due to the EULA as an educational institute am I allowed to commercially use Unreal Engine or was my request to be an academic partner the right way to go if I want to offer commercial courses?

Any Information on this would be very much appreciated

Thank you in advance
