I have uninstalled and reinstalled the DatasmithARCHICAD26Exporter.bundle per instructions, and have restarted the computer. No results. The computer's OS is up-to-date, as is ArchiCAD 26.
Thank you for the reply, Vincent. I have, in fact, uninstalled the reinstalled per those article steps. The screen grabs that I posted earlier are still valid, and the Add-On Manager still shows the 2 yellow-flagged DatasmithARCHICAD26Exporter lines. I can't remove them.

Thank you for posting in the community and it seems like you have tried to install the plugin 2 times. I recommend you try to remove them entirely first. Then try to reinstall it. Here is the article to follow in order to manually install it:
