I have a laptop without a numeric keypad.
Is there any way to reassign the shortcut keys for perspective / top / front / left & other standard 3D views (key 0 -> 8 on the numpad)
because it’s really handy for defining the ground plane ?
I couldn’t find these commands in the “customize keyboard” section,
but I guess these commands could be added so I can select an alternative key combination
Any solution for this ?

Hello Wim,
Solution for now should be to turn on num lock on your keyborad.
Just like here: http://www.northlite.net/ps/numpad.htm.
hI Kruzma,
Thx for the tip.
But in my case that doesn’t work.
However I found another solution. I have an Alienware 15 R3, and it has a row of 5 programmable function keys on the left,
and they can be programmed in 3 sets, so there are 15 combinations.
Every key kan be programmed to any key combination, or it can record keystrokes from an external keyboard.
But anyway, I think it would be better to have a more generic solution where you can assign keys to commands in RC itself.
