Almost all of huge count of actors are present on the client at the same time

I have added 7k actors into the 10x10 km world and near 3k are showing in the Outliner if I choose the client instance of the world. Especially in one of the three added classes, there are 230 actors out of 270 which is almost all. I use Desired Max Draw Distance of 100 m but that doesn’t help. At the same time the actors from old classes (such as trees) are spawned in the same way, but they are culled. How to cull redundant actors from the new classes?
