Allways on startup: "An Unreal prozess has crashed: UE4-"

I have just installed UE 4.23 for the first time on this computer and can’t start it now. I keep getting an error message when the Unreal Project Browser begins to open. Can’t do anything and the message shown dosn’t help:

Open your Windows Explorer, go to %APPDATA% and %LOCALAPPDATA%, delete all folders that starts with EPIC or UNREAL. This will force the Launcher and Engine to reset to default values and maybe fix your problem.

Just fixed it!
In my case running the engine with -dx12 helps.

(change target to the application to […UE4Editor.exe" -dx12]
