Allowing the user to upload their own custom character?

This is my first post and I’ve been using UE4 for the past 4 years and this has me a bit confused.

Is it possible to allow the player to upload their own character model into the game; much similar mechanic seen in Garry’s Mod.

If this is possible, how can I go about implementing it?
