It’d be great to be able to create events and subscribe them manually to each device as needed, but user created Devices in Verse don’t have access to these events and functions (either to subscribe or to be subscribed to).
Being able to bind a fireable / listenable event originating from a verse device would:
Cut down memory usage as you would not need to use intermediary devices like trigger
Cut down on code size
Make code more readable
Clean up the massive pile of @editables at the top of scripts.
I back this idea 100%, I think this should be taken very seriously.
