Allow Landscape Layers to have a different Layer Info

When having a Landscape Material where the Layers are labeled like “Layer A”, “Layer B” etc, it is very annoying that you need to have a LayerInfo Asset with the exact same name.
It would be better if the Landscape Layer Info is separated from the actual Layer.

Ideally, Layer info storage should be handled automatically, without any need to manually specify files every time. And yeah, it is somewhat annoying indeed.

Well, how should the automatic assignment work?
You can have a GrassLayer as “Layer A” or a PebbleLayer as “Layer A”. I dunno how that should work automatically.
Would be nice to have everything within the Material Editor of course.
