Allow Adding new LODs from within Asset Browser

ProxyLOD is a great tool, but it only works with HLOD. It would be nice to have a feature where I can manually set a new LOD Chain without import. Which means I want to add a new LOD from an already imported mesh or a mesh that was generated in editor.
