Allocating a Seat

I purchased a seat for twinmotion and allocated the seat to myself with my twinmotion account email and my twinmotion isn’t updated with the seat blocking me from using cloud. What else am I missing here? The only customer support seems to be this forum?

Update - When I am in TM trying to export to cloud I click the cloud button and nothing happens. When I click my person icon and open TM cloud I know longer have the message saying I need to purchase a license but am still unable to send items to the cloud? When I go to my account settings for epic my subscription isn’t listed even though I’ve allocated the seat to myself. Incredibly frustrating. I’ve spent several hours trying to figure this out amidst a deadline.
