Allocated seat (payed subscription) - but no access to the cloud for over 3 months

Dear forum-visitors

I bought a seat/subscription but my allocated seat does not give me access to the twinmotion cloud.

I tried everything (locked out and in again / reinstalled TWM/assign the seat again,…) . I tried to contact and get support on any way possible but I got no response at all.

It’s not a simple question, it’s a breach of contract issue. Can anyone provide me a quick sollution or the direct legal responsible contact that can unlock my payed access to the cloud?
