Welcome to the Unreal Engine Community Forum! With the issue you’re running into, I pulled a thread with someone who had a similar issue. I’m not positive if this is the exact same problem. But, I thought it’d be a good starting point. Here is the thread: UE4 - Image Plate plays white after packaging, no video, why?. If this doesn’t work, we can look into other areas.
