Summary
All Uploaded Source File Formats show wireframe alterations when viewed in Fab.com’s Scene Inspector. I noticed this is happening on all my models whether they came in from SketchFab.com or uploaded directly to the Draft Listing Section of my Fab.com account.
To further test, I went back to SketchFab.com and uploaded the same file formats as I used on Fab.com. The wireframes show up correctly in SketchFab.com’s Scene Inspector. Therefore, this issue of altered wireframe is only happening on Fab.com.

Additional Notes
I also imported the same file formats that I uploaded to Fab.com into the Blender 4.1 program on my computer to check the files wireframe. The wireframe was not altered. So, this issue seems to be happening in Fab.com.
