all unreal engine 5 games are crashing

every unreal engine 5 game just recently started crashing even though they worked before. The casting of frank stone, slender the arrival, and the finals all are examples of games that crash on launch. Considering the error you are getting, your shader cache is affetected by corruption or invalid files, as a result of a recent update, or system change. Try clearing your cache folders, locations could change per game, but they should look something like these:

   %LOCALAPPDATA%\UnrealEngine\Common\DerivedDataCache\
   %LOCALAPPDATA%\[GameName]\Saved\ShaderDebugInfo\
   %LOCALAPPDATA%\[GameName]\Saved\Config\

After that, verify your game files, either on the Epic Launcher, or Steam. It would also help to perform a clean install of your GPU drivers, either from the assistant, or using a free uninstaller, like DDU.
