I just came to start a new project and all of the default templates are missing? I have no idea whats happened or how to get them back? any help greatly appreciated

Did you click the ‘no starter content’ button?
you can click the green button in the bottom left called add new, then click feacher or content pack (at the top) and select the content or template you want.
Just hotfixed from 4.27.0 to 4.27.2 and run into the same issue as above. No more templates for me.
Verifying didn’t help. Had to manually re-add templates & features. The horror! 
how would you go about doing this? ive got the same problem
