all my projects are low poly for no reason (including different UE versions)

All my projects are low poly now, even if you create a landscape it looks low poly.

My settings are at Ultra (recomended when you press the button in that panel)

I can’t use UE. i tried latest version and i got down even to 5.1.1

HELP!
