All lights in all projects are broken

Hi, for some reason, all the lights in my Unreal projects suddenly stopped working correctly.
Everything became extremely bright overnight across all my projects. It seems like some shared settings in the editor are affecting them. Do you have any idea what might be causing this? I use Unreal 5.4.4, and I also have 5.6 installed.

Is it possible that this happened after I opened a project in 5.6, and then all my 5.4 projects turned out very bright?

Any ideas on how to solve this? Thanks

Verify your default Local Exposure Shadow Contrast. Mine is set to 0.8.

Setting it to 0 approximates what you’re experiencing.

Otherwise check you other shadow settings.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I already brute-forced and deleted all the versions, along with the Epic launcher and temporary folders in all the projects (intermediate, saves, etc.), and now it’s fixed :joy:

I still appreciate the reply, I hope it will help future people!

No problem; fixed is fixed, I suppose.
