Hey, I’m an animation student and recently did a VR module. During that module I tried out UE4 and UE5 on the school PC and my MacBook Pro. I didn’t end up needing a game engine so I uninstalled the launcher. Now after a couple of months I wanted to try my luck again but for some reason I’m unable to download any engine version now. In the Unreal Engine Library the plus next to the Engine version is greyed out. My computer meets the system requirements and runs the latest OS (11.5.2).
I’ve tried what’s mentioned in the “troubleshooting” article about installation but it didn’t help. Neither could the Epic Support because after reinstalling the Launcher kept crashing. I managed to fix this issue now but I’m still unable to download any Unreal Engine.
Does anybody have an idea?
