Aligning into inverted spheres

Hi, hoping I can get some help. I’ve been trying to align these images but every time they come out as a globe. There’s plenty of overlap so I can’t really understand why they won’t come together. I’ve also tried grouping them and setting their prior position to “unkown”. Any thoughts?

Hi Scott,

you can try lubenkos helpful suggestions for such cases, that she recently posted:
How to put together more components?

If it still doosn’t work:
What kind of globe is it?
Is it reflective?
Did you turn it in relation to the background?
Can you post some of your images?

Hi Scott Lee

Are the images from Fisheye lens or ?

EOS 5DS R shot with a 24-105mm, taped down at 24mm

I found adding the camera to the sensorsdb.xml list and setting the ccdWidth at 35.0000 will unfold the spheres and display them correctly but I don’t think this is the actual solution. The environment that is suppose to be displayed is a walkway around a building but when finished aligning it. It turns out as crazy globe/fisheye look.

Hi Zac

Can take a look over TeamViewer, if it’s not just some settings in ALIGNMENT step that cause this behavior.
