Aligning images from a panoramic head

Hi all,

I have recently started using a demo version of RC and am attempting to stitch together images collected from a panoramic head. The scene captured is a relatively flat floor but it does contain plenty of defining features. The results obtained show the model aligned in a bowl shape rather than flat. Is there any advice on starting values I should use within the alignment settings to correct this? - I have attached the current alignment settings and a screenshot of the aligned component.

Hi Mark Langford

for now 360 panorama images are NOT supported if they are SINGLE images processed in an external application. Try using original images, not stitched together.

Thanks for the reply, the images are just 48 individual images looking at the floor, it isn’t a complete panoramic.

Looking at the result a bit deeper, the results look like LOW overlap among images. I hope you have more positions with captured data. If yes, try adding them. If it is properly captured, then you will get it aligned and reconstructed…
