Align 45 Degree Mesh

Obviously I’m pretty new to UE and was wondering what is the fastest and easiest way to make a slanted mesh connect to another and not leave an opening like below? Have tried different grid snap values but none seem to work.

Snapping is snap to GRID not snap to mesh- that’s another thing entirely and requires another system in place.

But if we look very closely we can see that the left hand mesh ends exactly where it’s planned, most likely (it ends on the cross section of the grid) and the right hand mesh doesn’t get close enough.


I’d extend the shape of the second one.

But really a lot of it is the fault of the meshes themselves. Might need to re-evaluate the meshes- if they’re not fitting together correctly double and triple check those angles and sizes!
