Alembic Files?

I was just importing an alembic file into Unreal.
For some reason, the geometry doesn’t look as high poly.

Is there any specific workflow or settings to control the quality of the exported/imported geometry?

I experimented with Alembic a few years ago, and Alembic files are far too large to deal with in my opinion. I would recommend baking vertex animation, and using the animation/velocity texture for the simulation to animate in UE4.
