A conceptual mixed-use architectural complex created when I was 12 years old. The project features a commercial podium, a hotel tower, and a residential tower, organized in a cohesive vertical composition.
The development reaches 104 meters in height and includes 30 floors, making it suitable for large-scale visualization, urban proposals, and architectural concept work.
