Airplane control system

How do I air control and ground control for the aircraft control system? Am I need to do two different controls and physics controls for these two functions? How can I achieve these two situations since their control in the ground and the control and physics in the air will be different? For example; Would it make sense for a system that could switch from ground control to air control when taking off?

Can someone give me an idea about this problem?

They aren’t necessarily different controls, you just need to build the physics behind flight - which do not exist in UE4.
For the Taxi portion you usually just have 1 wheel that turns - if even.
The rudder is attached to the rear wheel, so using the rudder has 2 functions - and you can simulate that without actually having a wheel on the ground.
