AimOffsetBlend1D, additive pose issues

My additive blendspaces aren’t working. What am I probably doing wrong here?

The green bones are the ones with keyframes set, although the other bones seem to be holding their reference pose for some reason:

Edit: Nevermind, I solved it by setting the reference pose properly! I’ll leave this up in case anyone else gets stuck.
