Aimation transition "issue"


I try to make a swiming animation and i encounter a problem.

Everytime im near the surface of PhysycsVolume it try to enter Walk/Run state so i just get 2 animation that try to blend in same time Swiming and Walk/Run.

I did play with settings from CharacterMovement, didnt work, after i did more tests i found out that is something with animation transition that make it behave like that, but i cannot pinpoint what is the problem.
