Aim Offset - Arms rotated 180 degrees wrong direction

Hey there guys.
I’ve been stuck on this issue for a week and have failed in getting any help on the discord.
I would greatly appreciate if someone could help me here.

I am using characters from this pack in my game:

It has tons of animations included, but no animBPs.
It also has “aim poses” included with “look up” and “look down” poses.

When adding an aim-offset 1D to my anim graph it looks like this:

The arms are rotated 180 degrees backwards. No clue why this is happening. The spine rotates as it should when looking up and down. The arms become more correctly aligned if I mess with the “blend depth” value, but if I change it to the point where the arms are aligned properly, the Aim offset no longer has any effect.

Please let me know if there is something I can try to fix this.
