AI_controllers and AI pawns

Hello,
I want to make my own RPG. So every AI has different looking and Dialog arrays.
So I want to dublicate the bp of my ready AI pawn and change some stettings but then only one of them is using the AI_controller and behavour tree.
The other AI pawn does nothing. When I only use one bp and drag it multiple times into the level all are moving. What is the difference?
