I have a spider whose field of view is 270°.
The AI Pawn Sensing component is workin fabolous - with one exempt:
The vision angle for pawn sensing can not be set > 180°.
Is this a bug or a feature?

Hello,
I have been able to reproduce this issue, and have entered a bug report, UE-31339. Thank you for your report.
Have a great day
I tried to track this bug but don’t find anything… Is there any indication of when it will be fixed?
Hey Daniel,
It was a small hiccup in our system. It should be visible now. Thanks for letting me know, and here is a link for your convenience: Unreal Engine Issues and Bug Tracker (UE-31339)
Have a great day
Thanks
The viewport stops rendering the change at 90 as well, which gives the impression that it isn’t actually increasing the peripheral past 90
It’s still ignored in 4.16 and the bug ticket seems to have been resolved as “Cannot reproduce”
You’ll want to use PeripheralVisionHalfAngleDegrees and set half the vision cone that you actually want. For example, if I want a 270 degree cone, I would set it to 135.
