AI Perception did not Package right when I Packaged my first UE5 Project

I have a game project that depends on AI enemies, and specifically the AI Perception tools in Unreal, to see/hear/ respond to the player character. This all works perfectly fine within the Editor, but once I packaged the project and openned it from the package the AI seems to stop noticing the player entirely. I tried my hand at toggling a lot of the different packaging settings, project settings, ai settings, and blue print settings, and nothing seemed to make a difference. Is this a problem anyone else has had? Id love some feedback on this as I can not publish my project until this is resolved. Also, this is my first forum post so apologizes if formatting isn’t great or anything like that.
